2 Choose 6-12 people for your Personal Boardroom and assign members’ roles
3 Plan the conversations you want to have and practice your approach
4 Be in touch your boardroom members and asking for the help you need
Make progress at every step with weekly coaching on Zoom (one hour per week for four weeks) plus feedback between sessions.
