At Personal Boardroom Ltd we are committed to safeguarding and preserving the privacy of our clients and users of our web- and app-based services.   3. information about the people in your Personal Boardroom, that you supply to us
  4. other information relevant to client requirements for the purpose of delivering our services

In running and maintaining our website, the applications that run upon it and the applications you can download to a smartphone we may collect and process the following data about you:

  1. Information about your use of our site and applications including details of your visits such as pages viewed and the resources that you access. Such information includes traffic data, location data and other communication data
  2. Information provided voluntarily by you; for example, when you register for information
  3. Information that you provide when you communicate with us by any means

We may share your personal information with a supplier to Personal Boardroom Ltd (such as a coach or trainer who we contract with to be your coach or to deliver a workshop for you and others). We only share your data where it is absolutely necessary to do so in order to deliver our service to you. All our suppliers have signed a data processing agreement with us whereby they agree to abide by this Privacy Policy.

We may use your data in an anonymised form, as part of a larger dataset or as a single case example. In either of these cases, we will take every step necessary to make sure that you will not be identifiable, nor will any members of your Personal Boardroom.

  1. In the event that we sell any or all of our business to the buyer

(Note that we use an opt in policy, so you will never be contacted for marketing purposes unless you choose to)

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
